The location was convenient. It provided easy access to many key attractions. The staff was attentive. They responded quickly to requests.
The air conditioning unit was quite noisy. This made it difficult to sleep soundly. The decor in the room looked somewhat dated. Some areas showed signs of wear.

i found the 2 bedroom grand suite opulent. it was located on the 6th floor. the hotel restaurant perrine is a true gem and should be praised, the staff is great. housekeeping performed hard work, showing true thoughtfulness.
The card authorization at the front desk was too high. This caused a bank alert, though it was eventually fixed.

The location was fine. It was close to what i needed though getting a taxi took longer than i expected.
The ac unit sounded like a freight train all night, so i barely slept. the bathroom was so small, i could barely turn around in there, and the shower pressure was just sad. i also found a weird stain on the carpet, and honestly, it made me question how clean the rest of the room really was. That's not what you expect after paying that much.

I stayed in a park view room and the view was wonderful. the staff was helpful. They accommodated all my requests. i especially liked the fast service for extra bedding and quick responses for any needs (like extra hangers).
the small gym had limited equipment. it lacked variety, relying mostly on treadmills and stationary bikes, i think more diverse machines are needed.

the hotel has an excellent location. it is close to central park and various attractions. many shopping areas and restaurants are a short walk away, convenient for exploring and dining.

The location is unbeatable. The suite offered a gorgeous city view. I appreciated the service I received from JC at the Front Desk.
The AC was not efficient. I expected efficient AC for the price I paid. The WiFi was basically nonexistent. I had to use my phone as a hotspot, barely doable.

The staff offered us a coffee machine for the room. They suggested restaurants and handled reservations with care. (I really appreciated their assistance).
The bar required a $50 minimum spend per guest. I found it a little inflexible.
